In the breeder, each plant may have a different maximum age (age at maturity), so instead of setting the age directly you can set the percent of maximum age for each plant. 

You can only set the percent maximum age for all plants in the breeder at once, not for each plant individually.

To change the percent maximum age of all plants in the breeder,

▪        Choose More Options from the breeder Options menu. The Breeding and Time Series Options window will appear.

▪        On the General tab, find the edit box labeled Age of breeder plants (as % of maximum). Use the arrows to move the number up or down.

▪        Click OK. If you have any plants in the breeder, they will redraw at the new age.
