If you are having problems with PlantStudio, you can get information about your computer and PlantStudio to send us so we can help figure out what is wrong. 

To get diagnostic information about PlantStudio and your computer,

▪        Choose Messages from the Window menu, then click Info.

-or-

▪        Choose About PlantStudio from the Help menu, then click Program Info.

▪        Once you are looking at the Program Information window, you can copy the contents to the clipboard, paste it into an email and send it.
