To use the Plant Wizard, 

▪        Choose Create New from the Plant menu. The plant wizard will appear.

▪        Read the introductory panel, then click Next to move to the first panel of questions.

▪        For each question, if there is a row of large picture buttons under the question, click on one of the picture buttons. If there is a list of 3D object under the question, click on a 3D object in the list. The 3D object names will appear as hints over the objects. If there is a colored square under the question, click in the square and choose a color from the standard color dialog.

▪        A hint will appear if you hold the mouse over each question. 

▪        When you are finished with the first page of questions, click Next to move on. Continue answering questions and clicking Next until you reach the last page of the wizard. On the last page you will see a preview of your wizard plant, and the Next button will change to read Finish. 

▪        Click Finish to close the wizard and create a plant exactly like the one you see in the preview.

▪        Click Back to return to the previous page of questions and change your answers.

▪        Click Randomize to use a different random number seedODYQS5 for the preview plant (it will still have the same parameters, but its angles and branching will be different).

▪        Click Cancel to stop using the wizard. If you have made changes to the wizard settings, PlantStudio will ask if you want to save the changes you made to the settings. Click Yes to save your changes (without creating a plant), or click No to abandon your changes to the wizard settings (without creating a plant), or click Cancel to return to using the wizard.

▪        The wizard will close. If you clicked Finish, your new plant will appear in the main window.
