If you export only one plant from PlantStudio, you will not have to worry about relative translation of plants. However, you might want to position plants in PlantStudio and export the combined scene to a 3D export file instead. You can choose to place plants either all in one spot or (roughly) translated to match how they appear in the PlantStudio main window.

To place the plants as they are in the PlantStudio main window,

▪        In the Other options panel of the 3D export window, check the check box labeled Translate plants to match window positions. (You will only see this check box if you have multiple plants selected for export.)

To place all the plants at the same spot,

▪        In the Other options panel of the 3D export window, uncheck the check box labeled Translate plants to match window positions. (You will only see this check box if you have multiple plants selected for export.)
