To move plants in the main window,

▪        Click Select/drag mode and click and drag in the drawing area. All selected plants will move as you move the mouse. 

-or-

▪        Hold down the Control key and press any of the four arrow buttons on the keyboard. All selected plants will be "nudged" in the direction of the arrow.

-or-

▪        Choose Align > Make into Bouquet from the Layout menu. All selected plants will move to the same spot as the focused plant8IN1RV>second.

-or-

▪        Make sure the Arrangement panel is showing, then click the up or down buttons on the X, Y or Z Location boxes, or type a new value in one of the boxes and press Tab or Enter. 

-or-

▪        Make sure the Arrangement panel is showing, then click any of the alignment buttons to align the selected plants along their tops, bottoms, or sides. (You can also do this from the Layout menu.)

You can change how many pixels nudging moves plants in the Preferences dialog. Choose Preferences from the Edit menu, click the Editing tab, then change the number labeled Distance plant moves with Control-arrow key.
