Using the main window focus panel
The focus panel in the PlantStudio main window has several tab panels. Click on the tabs to change which panel is showing.
▪ The Arrangement panel shows the location, size and rotation of the focused plant8IN1RV>second. Click the up or down arrows to moveMoving_and_arranging_plants, scaleResizing_plants or rotateRotating_plants all the selected plants.
▪ The Parameters panel contains the 400 or so parameters that make up plants. Use the Parameters panel to change how a plant grows and is drawnUsing_parameter_panels>main.
▪ The Age panel shows the age and size of plants against a graph of their size (biomass1UCKPV3) over their life cycle from seed to maturity. Use this panel to change plant agesChanging_plant_ages>main.
▪ The Posing panel is where you change thingsPosing_plants about individual plant parts, like rotation and scale, or prune sections off a plant.
▪ The Stats panel is a read-only display of the relative sizes of the different parts of the plant (leaves, stems, flowers, etc). Use the Stats panel to evaluateUsing_the_Stats_panel_to_evaluate_biomass_distribution>second how well the plant weight (biomass) is distributed between parts of the plant as it grows.
▪ The Note panel shows the note for each plant. You can change plant notes by clicking the Edit button above the note, by choosing Edit from the popup menu that appears when you right-click on the note area, or by choosing Edit Note from the main menu or from the plant popup menu.
